Standard Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked. Arrives in 2 to 4 working days.

Click and Collect

Collect from 36 Steep Hill, Lincoln. You will receive an email when your order is ready.

Free

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Returns

In-store purchases

Refunds are available within 28 days of purchase. Please bring your original receipt. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition.

Online purchases

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging. Please contact us at hello@lincolnimporium.co.uk before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

Non-refundable items

Personalised, customised, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged through misuse.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.
