We are open Wednesday to Sunday, 10:30am to 4:30pm. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please note that hours may vary during bank holidays and seasonal events. For the most up-to-date hours, check our Google Business listing.

Our shop is located in a historic building on Steep Hill, which unfortunately means there are steps at the entrance. Wheelchair access is limited, but our team is always happy to assist where possible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our Little Imps start from £9, and our larger handcrafted imps start from £17. Premium finishes and limited editions are priced individually. Visit our shop page or come in-store to see the full range.

Yes! We have a selection of imps available on our online shop. However, our online inventory is limited compared to what we carry in-store. Many of our imps are one-of-a-kind, so visiting the shop is the best way to find something truly special.

We do not currently accept individual custom orders. However, we are open to corporate enquiries for bulk or bespoke commissions. Please get in touch via our contact form with details of your requirements.

Our imps are cast from British natural gypsum and hand-finished by our team of Imp Makers. We use solvent-free, water-based paints to ensure each imp is safe and environmentally considered. Every piece is unique.

We offer a 28-day returns policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please contact us before returning any items so we can arrange the process. Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned.

Yes! We are open during the Asylum Steampunk Festival in August, often with extended hours to welcome the extra visitors to Steep Hill. Check our social media for confirmed festival opening times.

The Ancient Order is the founding lore of The Lincoln Imporium. According to legend, the Order was established in the 15th century to manage the mischievous imps that plagued Lincoln. Today, the Order invites the public to adopt and rehome these handcrafted creatures.

The imp in Lincoln Cathedral is the famous stone carving that inspired the Lincoln Imp legend. Our imps are inspired by the folklore rather than the carving itself. They represent the second imp from the story, the one that escaped and was never turned to stone. Each of our imps has its own character and personality.
